Hand Hoist is a common hand lifting tool, which is widely used in many fields.

1. How to use:

Verify that the hand hoist meets the required load and operating environment requirements. Check whether the load weight, lifting hooks, brakes and other items on the hoist are in a standard state.

Connect the lifting hook of the hoist to the object and adjust the lifting height and direction according to the instructions in the operation manual.

Determine the user load required for the hoist and provide adequate support with a smooth, solid foundation.

Before starting the hoist, ensure that the rope is not tangled, deformed and broken, and check that the brake, brake or clutch on the hoist is not working properly due to wear.

Start pulling the handle down slowly, allowing the rope to move slowly.

When the lifting object reaches the predetermined safe height, the brake should enter the working state to prevent the fall of the hoist.


2. Precautions:

The hand hoist is used for small load bearing, high power and uniform H-beam steel demonstration and cannot be used for fulcrum moving material.

When using the hand hoist, it is necessary to follow its standard load and operating speed requirements to ensure its safety and reliability.

The collar and pin on the gourd should be properly fixed, and do not use the gourd that has lost its stability or is obviously damaged.

Avoid repeated high-frequency use or overload operation of the maximum load, otherwise it will shorten the life of the hoist and reduce its work efficiency.

The use of hand hoist should be within the range of force, avoiding up to 100% load operation to ensure that the hand hoist is effective for a long time.
